What this is
The Ultimate Exercise is an educational emotional-practice program. It is not therapy, not medical treatment, not a diagnosis, and not a replacement for care from a physician or licensed mental-health professional. Emotion Link material is the author's exploratory reflection framework — prompts to explore, never proof of medical causation. For physical or mental-health conditions, keep working with your clinician.
Full Access
Full access is a one-time purchase of $79 USD (or the local price shown by your store). One-time purchase. Permanent access. No subscription. There is no free trial. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which bill and refund them under their own terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. Creating an account is free; a one-time Full Access purchase is required for the full workspace. You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time from the Account screen.
Your content
What you write in your exercises belongs to you. We store it solely to provide the service to you. It is not visible to other users, and it is not publicly shared or scored.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
