What gets deleted

A deletion request deletes your Ultimate Exercise account and the app data stored with it: your profile and account information, and your saved questionnaire, exercise, belief and reflection, communication, habit and practice data, and any other content you created or saved in the app. Information we must keep for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory reasons may be retained.

How to request deletion

  1. Enter the email address you use to sign in to The Ultimate Exercise below.
  2. Optionally add a note, then tap "Request deletion".
  3. We confirm the request with you by email at that address before deleting.

Still have the app? You can also open Account and choose Request account deletion.

Deleting your account does not refund a Full Access purchase made through the App Store or Google Play; refunds are handled by that store.
